The recruitment process for candidates is stressful enough anyway and without best practice procedures in place to correctly manage the process our candidates would not get the level of service they deserve. We promise to treat our candidates as individuals and to give them the best experience possible. Most of us have all changed jobs at some point in our careers and we understand how challenging it can be.

Reactive

The recruitment industry and the recruitment process is very fast-paced and many agencies can take a long time to respond to candidates with updates and feedback. Epsilonn aims to respond to our candidates-in-process within 48 hours. ​Where this is not possible due to extenuating circumstances we will be in touch to let you know the situation. 

Details

We aim to provide you with as many details as possible concerning the actual roles you are interviewing for and also the interview and selection process.

Support

Throughout the process we will be there to give you as little or as much assistance and support as you might require.

Keeping in touch

Keeping in touch. We don’t just lose contact with candidates once they have been through the interview process – we will keep in touch and send you details of potentially interesting roles if we think they will be good match for you. Candidates are also welcome to contact us at any point during and after the interview process if they need more information or support.
