Contingent Search
Our Contingent based services are mainly used when our clients are looking to fill individual roles in response to team enlargements or staff leaving. We take a detailed brief about the role and by using our network and various methods available to us will attract and find the right potential candidates for the role. The agreed fee is then paid upon successful placement of the candidate or candidates.
Advantages of Contingent Search
The Contingent approach differs to the Executive Search approach as there are no fees to pay unless a successful placement is made (subject to the contractual terms and conditions), but the placement fee will in most instances be greater than the cost of the Executive Search approach. The Contingent approach will in most instances (unless agreed upon) not include a talent map.
