What is a Talent Pipeline

The Talent Pipeline is essentially a spreadsheet detailing a list of the existing passive talent in the designated marketplace that have been approached and would potentially be interested to work with your business in the future. This isn’t used for open roles, but is used for planning ahead for succession and will allow you to have a ‘go to’ list of candidates that you can approach in the future when required. 

The initial discussion for a Talent Pipelining project involves taking a detailed outline of the type of role(s) that you could potentially be looking to fill in the near future and the main organisations, sectors and locations in which to search. This is in most instances done via an online meeting or a phone call, but we can meet in person where possible.

During the initial call or meeting we will have put together a detailed list of questions about the brief and will go through these in detail to really get to grips with the types of profiles that you might be looking for. 

Once this is all agreed we will then start on the Market Analysis, where we can start to put the Talent Pipeline together.
