Initial Discussion
The initial discussion involves taking a detailed outline of the role in hand, the ideal person for the position and the main organisations and sectors in which to search. This is in most instances done via an online meeting or a phone call, but we can meet in person where possible.
During the initial call or meeting we will have put together a detailed list of questions to go through about the particular role in hand and will go through these in detail to really get to grips with everything. It will help to have an organogram where possible and to view any calibration profiles which will give us a better idea as to the types of profiles you are ideally looking for.
We will then put together a project proposal as to how long we would require to work on the particular role or roles along with the associated costs. Once this is all agreed we will then start work on the Market Analysis.
