What is a Talent Map?
The Talent Map is essentially a spreadsheet detailing an extensive list of the existing talent in the designated marketplace fitting the brief as best as possible.
The initial discussion for a Talent Mapping project involves taking a detailed outline of the ideal person for the position and the main organisations, sectors and locations in which to search. This is in most instances done via an online meeting or a phone call, but we can meet in person where possible.
During the initial call or meeting we will have put together a detailed list of questions about the brief and will go through these in detail to really get to grips with the types of profiles that you might be looking for. It will also help to view any calibration profiles if possible.
Once this is all agreed we will then start on the Market Analysis, where we can start to put the Talent Map together.
