Interviews
The Interview stage comprises contacting the candidates on the Talent Pipeline, screening them with a detailed questionnaire and starting to put together the CV Shortlist.
The Screening questionnaire used during the initial interviews is carefully put together following the Initial Discussion and is designed to quickly separate candidates that more closely match the brief from those that do not have the desired skills and experience for the particular role in question.
The CV Shortlist is then gradually formed as we go through the process of the Interviews.
