Market Analysis
The Market Analysis stage is effectively the start of the search and involves a comprehensive analysis of the designated marketplace and the construction of the Talent Map. The Talent Map is shared with you if working on a project basis and is essentially a spreadsheet detailing an extensive list of the existing talent in the designated marketplace fitting the brief as best as possible.
We will then approach the profiles on the Talent Map, which in turn becomes the Talent Pipeline.
The next stage is the Interviewing of the potential candidates.
