Shortlist
The CV Shortlist is perhaps the most time-consuming part of the process and we will only retain candidates at this stage who are a good potential match for the role requirements. Once we are happy that we have compiled a good CV Shortlist we will forward across the shortlisted candidate’s CVs and Interview details.
At this stage the client will normally contact each candidate on the Shortlist and take them through the interview stages through to Completion. We can also be involved as much or as little as is required at this stage to support the candidates through the interview process. If you feel after interviewing the shortlisted candidates that there might be more profiles available in the marketplace then we will look through the Pipeline again and compile a secondary CV Shortlist. Once you are happy that we have found the right candidate for the role in question then this will move to the Completion stage.
